How we farm
Organic-focused farming, supported by technology and experienced advisers, so the food we grow is good for people and for the land.
Soil comes first
Healthy soil grows healthy crops. We focus on building soil health and use organic inputs wherever we can.
Water used carefully
Drip irrigation delivers water to the roots along each bed, so we use less water and waste less.
Natural pest and weed control first
We start with natural and preventive methods to protect our crops and keep the farm healthy.
Watching the crop from above
Drone surveys help us map the fields, check crop health and plan work across a large area.
Guided by experience
Our board of advisers and agricultural extension manager shape how we grow. We share what we learn with schools, organisations, widows' cooperatives and youth groups.
Growing in stages
We cultivate about half of our 315 hectares today and develop the rest step by step, learning from each season.
